Architecture of Virtual Community Centers

Workspace Floor

The workspace in the basement of a VCC is accessible to VCC members. It includes many different tools for the VCC members to collaborate, have conversations, and exchange information and files. It also provides access to personal services such as [My Files] and [Blogging], and members can edit their personal profile. VCC administrators can change the construction of the VCC, assign authorities to members, and can edit the Billboard and VCC news. VCC Action Items are available here, and chirps to VCC members can be sent out. VCC members are being informed about recent activities in the workspace by their Virtual Body.
